Silicon Valley Travel ("we," "us") is a personal travel-planning practice operated by Gretchen Ode, a Signature Travel Network expert affiliated with Vincent Vacations. What we collect

When you contact us or book a trip, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, passport information (when required by suppliers), payment details, dietary restrictions, mobility considerations, and other trip preferences you choose to share.

When you visit siliconvalleytravel.com, our web hosting provider collects standard log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. We use Google Analytics to understand which content is most useful to visitors.

How we use it

We use your information to plan and book your trip, respond to your inquiries, share travel updates relevant to bookings we have made for you, and improve the guidance on this website. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share your information with travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators) only as needed to book and manage your reservations. These suppliers have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your information, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your records at any time by emailing [email protected]. Trip records tied to completed bookings may be retained for accounting and supplier-relationship purposes as required by law.
